Physical Evidence
How do you establish the same level of connection with the customer as they would get from seeing a product? Branding, content to show processes?
Budget
This can help decide where to promote to get the most impact - having a limited budget means the need for prioritisation on the areas that are likely to get the most customers
Campaigns
Are their multiple stages to the marketing of this product/service? Are there likely to be multiple campaigns across multiple channels? How do you coordinate these campaigns?
Price
How much? Price high to reflect quality or low to get more customers? Include a strategy for example price skimming or price penetration
