The Triple Entente formed between England, France, and Russia (based on the previous Franco-Russian alliance in 1894)
Before the Franco-Russian alliance was formed, Germany only face France as its opponent, but ever since Russia and Britain joined this party, Germany was suddenly surrounded by enemy countries from both sides; which caused it to panic, and quickly formed alliances with other countries to cope with the Triple Entente.
The Triple Alliance formed between Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy in 1882
This alliance formed between these 3 countries was originally for protecting themselves against the newly formed Triple Entente, and these countries would later fight against the Triple Entente in 1914.

After Industrialization, Britain, France, and Germany wanted territorial expansions
In the years 1905 and 1911, all 3 countries faced each other over Morocco. This complication occurred because these countries all gained new, more artillery after the industrial revolution.
