Pathophysiology
when got inflammation:

histamine release pro-inflammotory mediator: prostaglandins, cytokines
increase mucus secretion, edema of mucosa

Clinical features

coughing, wheezing, dyspnea
tachypnea, tachycardia - use of accessory muscles, laboured respiration & prolonged expiration

pneumothorax, lung collapse may complicate

pH decrease (acidic), increasing pC02
