a. 形成Thread网络分区
b. 参与Leader的选拔
c. 交换路由成本并确定路由路径。
- 在配网和非配网状态下发现 Thread 网络和 Thread 设备。
- 参与链接指标协议以评估和量化线程链接的质量和性能。
