1 spring-formed pan,

INGREDIENTS

eggs,
separated to
whites
and
yolks
190 g
sugar
95
flour
55 g
corn starch
45 g
butter, melted
1 tsp
(teaspoon)
vanilla extract
STEP 3
(three):
MIX THE EGG YOLKS
1) Place the egg yolks
into the mixer
and mix them on a high speed
until creamy
2) Add
about 2 tbsp
(two tablespoons)
of sugar
3) Continue to mix
until
the mixture becomes
thicker
4) Add the vanilla extract
5) Keep mixing
until
the mixture doubles in volume
6) Now turn off the machine and
transfer the egg yolks in
a separate bowl
