Muscular system
Tendons is a connective tissue that joins muscles to bones. They are made up of white fibrous tissue.

Biceps are muscles that are present in the front of the upper arm and used for flexion. Triceps are muscles present in the back of the upper arm. When we curl, Biceps contracts and Triceps rest. So, Biceps is Agonist muscle and Triceps is an Antagonist muscle. When we straighten our arm, the Biceps relax and the Triceps contracts. So, Biceps is Antagonist muscle and Triceps is Agonist muscle.

Muscles a soft our body to move. There are 3 types of muscles. They are: Striated muscles, Smooth muscles and Cardiac muscles.
Smooth muscles are muscles that are not in our control. Wee cannot control muscles that help in heartbeat. Thus they are known as involuntary muscles.
Striated muscles help in leg movement. We can control these muscles. They are also known as voluntary muscles.
Cardiac muscles are muscles that are present in our heart. We cannot control those muscles too. They are also known as involuntary muscles.
