There is another type of diet called the Paleo diet which most of us may have heard of. It emphasises more on whole foods, lean protein ,vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds while eschewing processed foods, sugar, dairy and grains.
the rationale behind this diet is the belief that many diseases today can be traced to the consumptions of grains, dairy and processed foods. If we ate lesser of these there would be a lesser chance on contracting diseases
Scientists also say that this diet is hard to sustain, and the Paleo diet might overall not be healthy at all-by eliminating these products, we are also cutting down on important sources of fibre

these diets might be over rigid which causes it to be hard to adhere and this diet may also encourage consuming more fat and protein to replace carbohydrates which then is not also healthy

making sure we have a motivation for adopting a particular diet can proved especially useful in helping us adhere to it
it is good to keep in mind that there is no diet that would be perfect for everybody and what works well for one may not work for the other. We then must understand our body's unique needs then find a suited diet for yourself
