How to solve?
- Student need a mid-term break/ holidays
- Organize a program/event for students
Task analysis
Programs: "Camping And Outdoor Adventures"
Date: 13-14 May 2023
Venue: Taman Negara Pulau Pinang
Participants: USM Students (80 person)
Activity: Hiking, build camping site, swimming, watch starry night and,so on
What is the problems?
- Student get stress
- University students are feeling pressure and burden with the heavy coursework and packed schedules
What is the effects?
- Student can't maintain their performance as their body get sick and doesn't have not enough sleep and tired out.
- may get sick or despression
What must be learned?
- Enjoy the trip with a pack of experiences, sweet memories and sweat with your friends.
- Enjoying the nature and camping is the best therapy.
- Come back to school with a new day, new motivation, new adventures and new challenges. Keep up your performances and achieve you goals.
- Make sure you take care your physical and mental health .
EVALUATION
What needs to change?
Good internet access during the camping
- People nowadays need connection to stay connect with the one they loves and receive information.
Balancing between physical and educational activities
- Students also have to learn skills beside enjoying the entertainment only.
Bad weather might effect their health level
- Students might have sun burn after camping

What is the impacts?
To students
Stress reduction and relaxation
- Nothing will interrupt them when they go for a camping.
Physical fitness
Opportunities to explore hiking, swimming and many adventures activities
Educational opportunities
- Students will learn new things including cooking, hiking, tying knots, fire-starting, safety, first aid and much more.
Unplugging
- Camping is a great chance for everyone to unplug and get away from their screens.
Relationship building
- It helps students to build and strengthen relationships with their friends. It goes when they got chance to talk without distraction.
