want to view the Fusion as an Investment vs an expense
Biz wants to know when they are getting their money back. Ideal Payback in <1yr. Include cost reductions and revenue increases
Implementation plan
Have thought through issues bejond just the purchae and have a well thought out plan to impliment fusion
Balanace showing what it takes to make the product successful against the cost of making product successful
Alternatives
Vs logicgate and doing nothing
Discuss Competitors that were evaluated and why they did not meet the criteria- FUSION is ONLY viable solution

Talk through process was used for evaluation
