Transforming Learning Environments: Higher Learning Commission Quality Initiative proposal
The HLC has approved the University’s submission of The Transforming Learning Environments in Support of Student Mental Health Initiative as part of the accreditation process for the Twin Cities and Rochester campuses. The initiative—which is applicable to all five campuses—centers on the role of unit leaders, faculty, and other instructors to: 1) Reduce course-related barriers to student success in the learning environment and 2) Foster course learning environments that promote student mental health and well-being as a priority.
