**THE BASIC LEARNING RIGHTS
(DBA)**#
What are they?
In the area of English, they are a fundamental tool to ensure educational quality and equity for all children and young people in the country. These rights describe knowledge and skills that students must learn and develop in the area of English.
Because they are important?
They propose fundamental elements for the construction of learning in each school year so that, as a result of this process, students achieve the goals set out in the Basic Competence Standards
What are they for?
Support the development of curricular proposals integrated into Institutional Educational Projects (PEI) that are specified in area and class plans of educational institutions
They serve as references that will allow the entire community to know if the students are achieving the expected learning, and thus be able to define actions for permanent improvement.
To whom is it directed?
They are made available to the entire educational community
