Article 88
The education must attend the harmonic and integral development of the pupil within the social coexistence, in the physical aspects, intellectual, morals, esthetic and civic.

Article 90
Ensures the teaching freedom and recognizes the right to create private educational centers subjected to law.
The State could intervene in private educational centers, so that they are fullfilled with the national purposes

The State will established systems that provide adequate resources to give scholarships, economical aids to students that require it.

The education will be imparted in the official language, but because of some issues the Law will allow some schools to be imparted by a foreign language

Article 26
The educator that enters for first time in the service of the Ministry of Education is to impart teaching, will be nominated by a probatory period of two years, with an exception of educators classified D-3, E-1, I-2 that will be appointed by a probatory period of 4 years
Law 10 of July 5th of 1994, modified and add Law N°47 of November 20th of 1979, that establishes the salary politic of the educators and increases the bonus of the educators that works in the Ministry of Education
Article 9
The educator subjected to the Salary Scale, mentioned in Article 3 of this Law, appointed by permanent character, if the labor has been evaluated satisfactorily will have the right of each year, starting to the scholar year of 1995, the payment of bonus corresponding to the grade of antiquity.

Article 8
The process of selection for the appointment and transfer of the educators, principals, and supervisors personnel, will be done among the educators that aspire the position in the school region.

Article 22
The educator is also appointed to the requested position by the hum and do not take possession within the five business days to the respective notification, will lose the position and will not be considered for another job during the same period
Article 54
Have the right to ask for a transfer, the educator who reunites the following requirements

In each school center from first and second level of teaching, an organism, consultant, and participative ad honorém, denominated Schoel Educational Community will be integrated by
- One representative of the Educators
- One representative of students from the last two levels
- The president of the parents asociation
- One representative of civic organization from the area
