A. Duties towards the company

-Make statutory declaration for obtaining certificate of commencement of business

-Sign annual report

-Sign balance sheet and profit and loss account for non-banking companies.

B. Duties to directors

-Work according to directors' instructions

-Maintain correspondence, files, and records for reference

-Draft directors report

C. Duties to whole-time managerial authority

-Organize and control head office

-Submit all statutory returns on time

-Draft contracts with vendors, underwriters, and share brokers

General Duties

A. Office and Staff

Organize, supervise, coordinate and adequately staff various departments

Act as a friend, philosopher and guide to staff

B. Miscellaneous

  • Represent the company in social functions
  • Act cautiously and in the best interest of the company in emergencies
  • Maintain authority and confidentiality of matters
  • Perform duties honestly and diligently.
