Description
The tornado that hit Tennessee wasn't just a one off, tornadoes just like it hit all over US, they are thought to be cause by a powerful storm surge.
It was extremely powerful, and was reported to have moved a building 15 feet.
In the aftermath of the tornado it was recorded that dozens of houses, roads, building, and powerlines had been destroyed. "It look like a bomb went off" claims one man.

The tornadoes that hit the US were between 500 and 1,500 metres tall.

Over the 1st, and 2nd of April many tornadoes hit all across the US
Cause/impact
The tornado destroyed thousand of building, roads, cars, power lines, and homes.
In Tennessee alone it was reported that at least 21 people where killed by the Tornado and many more injured.
The tornados are though to be cause by a large storm surge that occurred just minutes before the tornado
