2.1. What is a Friend and who is a Friend:a person who has a strong liking for and trust in another.
The definition of a friend for most of us is someone who we feel connected to and who is there for us in some way. A friend is often someone that you share a bond with. You may share some common beliefs and values with friends, and often, a friend is someone you trust and enjoy being around.
Activities you used to do with your Friend: Spend time alone,Takes a short nap during the day,Goes for a walk in a park,Get some physical exercises, Goes running,Float in water,Take a leisure hot bath ,Get a massage,Go dancing.
2.2. To identify the Own Friends:I identify them because they are a person who accompanies you through thick and thin.
Characteristic of a friend: they have five essential characteristics that differentiate them from other forms of interpersonal relationships: voluntary, personal, equality, involvement and affective.

Family is important because they can offer support and security coupled with unconditional love; they will always look to see and bring out the best in you even if you cannot see it for yourself. Family is important because they will, for the most part, be the only ones who can really understand you and bring you back to that place of peace.
