Michael, founder of Pabrua&co began as an apprentice for Wilsons Remodeling when he was just 15 years old.
This apprenticeship inspired Michael to start his own general contracting company.
Ultimately Pabrua&Co's product vision for 5-10 years from now is to be a reliable one stop shop for all types of indoor and outdoor services.

Michael chose to start a business in this sector because he is passionate about it, experienced and wants to provide the Northern California region with a reliable and memorable service.
Customer Persona
Pabrua&Co's target market are property owners looking to update or fix things inside or outside the property
Currently, Pabrua&Co serves homeowners in the Bay Area but is working to reach other types of jobs such as apartment complex maintenance, and commercial building landscaping
Once licensed Pabrua&Co will remain serving these types of customers but the jobs will be much more high profile.
Though all customers will come from different walks of life, they will share one attribute: they own property.
Product Positioning
In the Bay Area trends are always changing, and even when they are not, maintain property is always a necessity.
Not only does Pabrua&Co assist with small home improvements and handyman services but is experienced in various other trades
being skilled in various trades allows Pabrua&Co to cater to its target market and satisfy any needs they have when it comes to property maintenanc.
Goals and Initiatives
Ultimately Pabrua&Co's product vision for 5-10 years from now is to be a reliable one stop shop for all types of indoor and outdoor services.
The goal for Pabrua&Co is to get a general contracting license by the end of 2024 and begin taking jobs for fencing, flooring, drywall, painting, landscaping, remodels, and custom builds.
How Pabrua&Co will achieve this is by going through the Contractors State Licensing Board
Pabrua&Co is pleased to have connections and mentorships with various other licensed contractor and landscaping businesses specializing in various trades. Wilsons remodeling specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels while Bay Landscaping specializes in outdoor fountains, pavers, barbecue pits and much more.
With these partnerships, Pabrua&Co can reach its current target market and begin working towards acquiring clientele all over the Northern California Region
Product Differentiation
The main things that set Pabrua&Co apart fro other handyman companies is that the founder has already done apprenticeships in general contracting and is working his way up to becoming one himself. Not only that but he is passionate and has networking skills that have allowed him to quit his job in 2020 and rely solely on the income from handyman services to live, invest in the company and pay employees.
Additionally Pabrua&Co has a large network of tradesmen and business owners who have been mentors and where Michael has done apprenticeships
Still, other factors that make Pabrua&Co stand out from other handyman services is its reliability and trustworthiness.
