Treatment : no cure , restoring dopamine /Ach ,with dopamine agonist or anticholinergic
Drug induced: antipsychotics and metoclopramide
Symptoms: tremors, muscle stiffness, slowed movement
effects are due to a decrease synthesis and release of dopamine, low production is due to the degeneration and destruction of dopamine producing neurons
