Holy Communion: also known as the Eucharist, Mass, and the Lords Supper, is the eating of bread and drinking of wine. This follows Jesus's command at the last supper to remember him this way. His body (the bread), and his blood (the wine), were sacraficed for the forgiveness of sins, so this acts as a reminder of what Jesus has done for them
