  - - - from doing our pregnancy project I learned that many women often will have access to birth control but are hesitant to use it due to its long list of side effects
  - - - as a teacher knowing this information is very important. because as the age of periods get younger and younger we need to be incorporating comprehensive sexual education into those grades. this will help little kids be more educated when it does happened to them instead of years down the road after they have already hit puberty 3 years before it was taught.
        
        for my self this did happen and I felt like I was never taught anything solely because I got it grades before everyone else. this made me feel very not normal and embarrassed to even be talking about it.
        
        as a teacher I never want that for a child I want everyone to feel as though sex ed is a safe space where we can have open convo answer questions and just feel like everyone is "normal"

        this campaign I think made sexual assault "ok" the slogan "lets see your regina" showed our community that we are ok with our province being the highest in sexual assaults, we even think its funny. this campaign also showed us that regina is ok with being derogatory to women and their anatomy

        as a teacher being educated on gender identity not only helps me to understand gender but it allows me to Foster environments that are inclusive of gender diversity, allowing individuals to express a wide range of emotions, interests, and behaviours across the gender spectrum without judgement or limitation.
