Evaluation of the success of the texts, does it achieve what it aims to do?
GRAMP
Audience: fans of the reader, people planning a trip to Paris. Age, gender, where they live, their interests, their background (class etc), is there a primary or secondary audience, singular or multiple people
Mode: written, spoke, multimodal. Consider register and whether the mode matches it (formal, colloquial, friendly)
Representations: how the city is presented. eg: chaotic, vibrant, cultured, exciting, romantic, historical
Purpose: to share experiences, to reminisce, to educate, to entertain
Genre: book, memoir, travel guide, audio book, forum. is it personal, corporate, private, public, crafted, spontaneous? does it meet genre conventions?
