- - - - in the beginning the blood clot out side dries, forming a scab.
        
        fibroblasts enter or fill the wound and create and discharges collagen to strenthen the clot.
        
        fibroblasts also trigger the endothelial cells surrounding the wound to multiply and injuered blood vessels to start regrowing.
        
        those cells form a delicate mesh known as granulation tissue.
- - - - the scab is removed, collegen fibers are more organised, and less fibroblasts are present.
        
        the blood vessels are back to normal
        
        finally scar tissue is formed by a process called fibrosis.
