        Snowboarding is one of the 3 major activities people go to Mt Hotham. Snowboarding is accessible for all ages and skill levels with green for beginners blue for intermediate black for difficult and double black is very difficult. The hardest run at Mt Hotham is a double black called Mary's slide. and the easiest green run is the big D.

        Epic Promise. Epic promise is a group at Mt Hotham that works towards a better future grouping together communities, employees and guests

        Skiing destination for over 125 years. The Mt Hotham area first atracted people and tourism during the gold rush with many poeple flooding the valleys searching for gold. People also headed to the area to find large amounts of open grazing land, this then turned into people using the Mountain for snow sports.
