more surface area means a higher rate, more of the surface area will be exposed and particles around it will have more area to work on, frequency of collisions increase
as the reactants reach their conentrations fall - so the forward reaction will slow down, but as more of the products are made their concentration rises the backward reaction will speed up, AFTER A WHILE THE FORWARD REACTION WILL BE GOING THE EXACT SAME RATE AS THE BACKWARD ONE THIS IS EQUILIBRUIM
