during the first 7 days after the disaster, communication, infustructure was severely disabled. difficult to use mobile and land line phones and computers with internet service with the communication system. 644 companies/businesses have been forced into bankruptcy or completely destroyed. 27,149 businesses were damaged. 390,000 houses were damaged or destroyed. In the immediate aftermath of more than 400,000 people were displaced. Total amount of waste washed up to the shore 80 and 200 million tons.
