This is where Celanese implemented process management, change management, new guidelines, newer tools to user, and some workshops/training sessions for the IT staff. It seemed like they were trying to make sure that employees had an easier transition into the new direction of how to work. They do this by giving out presentations, study materials and lots of communication. They essentially are just trying to show the benefits of why this new way of working is better. A lot of this stemmed from the APware issues, and when the initial ITILers were hired. After that, the lead position was made for the ITIL process spot.
