上市承诺条款
“上市承诺”则是由被投资方企业（或其大股东、实控人）向作为财务投资方的私募股权投资基金（或其管理人）作出的，在一定时期内通过IPO、并购等方式达到上市成为公众公司的目的，以便作为财务投资方的私募股权投资基金获得投资收益退出的约束机制。
