Do not cause noise or disorder at the temple.

At the end of the Le Dynasty, Le Chieu Thong ordered people to destroy Thuy Khanh Palace.

After that, a philanthropist named Tin Trai built a temple on the old foundation of Thuy Khanh palace and named it Ngoc Son pagoda to worship Buddha.

During the Le dynasty, Lord Trinh Giang built Thuy Khanh palace on the foundation of the old Ngoc Son temple.

Some time later, his son Tin Trai ceded the temple to a charity.

The history of Ngoc Son temple is associated with the story of King Ly Thai To. When he moved the capital to Thang Long, he named the existing temple here named Ngoc Tuong.

In 1865, Ngoc Son Temple was restored by the Confucian Nguyen Van Sieu.

The tower was built in 1865, on Ngoc Boi mountain, based on the idea of the Confucian Nguyen Van Sieu.

The tower is built of stone, the top of the tower is shaped like an upside-down brush, and on the body of the tower is engraved three words "Ta Thanh Thien", which means writing on the blue sky.

Dai Nghien is the rolling door in front of the temple.

Above the door, there is a stone squid, shaped like a peach cut in half lengthwise, and below there are three frogs with a team of squid.

The top of the study is engraved with an explanation, the content talks about the use of ink research based on the perspective of philosophy.

The communal house is designed in a square shape, with eight roofs, a two-storey roof with eight supporting columns,

four wooden inner columns, four stone outer columns, on the column there is a couplet sentence.

Open: From Monday to Friday: 7AM - 6PM. Saturday and Sunday: 7AM – 9PM.

Do not speak loudly, swear, swear or smoke in the temple.

Ngoc Son Temple is a sacred spiritual place, so dress modestly and politely to show your respect for the temple.
