Something beautiful forms in the cracks (Kintsugi). We see something beautiful when we open up and expose ourselves.
There's an energy formed between two meetings of two things. Two images are blended and they way they are blended is the result in the artwork.
An image of someone or their memory on a plane. A glass it put in-front with really low DOF, and we see the image blend into itself. Perhaps there's also an image in the reflection to show how that makes you feel?

Love and affection is being represented by dust / starts / energy / light around a dark object, as it is being filled up by it.
