      - Use of Google Vision to identify features and store them in database

      - The image, their labels and information about the uploader must be stored amongst their respective image
      - User can select image from a folder to upload
      - Anyone can upload their own image
      - A login system must be included for extra security
      - Must be able to find an image through a keyword search of either the content or Uploader.
      - Must send image to Google Vision
      - Must be able to select different languages in a keyword search
    - - Must Adhere to the Australia Privacy Act
      - Web App must implement useability principles, including accessibility, effectiveness, safety, utility and learnability
      - The Web App must adhere to the Accessibility Guidelines adapted from the Australian accessibility standards as per the stimulus sheet.
      - Must be tailored towards User Personas
