A balanced diet: Include lots of water, fruit, vegetables and high-fibre food. Do not include many fats and too much sugar and salt

Physical activity: Makes your bones strong and helps all your organs to work good

Hygiene and cleanliness: Good hygiene habits prevent infections. Keeping your clothes and house clean stops the microorganisms

Check-ups and vaccinations: A doctor should check your health regulary and give you vaccinations

Preventing accidents: Warm up your musclesbefore doing any sport. Respect road safety rules. Be careful when using sharp tools and electrical devices.

HARMFUL HABITS

Avoid risks: Do not inger toxic substances. Alcohol, drugs and tobacco cause serious damages

Social relationships: Have friends, spend time with the family and friends and acepting who you are improve your health

Alcohol: Is the most commonly abused drug in the world. It cause addiction. Its effects are greater in younger people. It damages the stomach, brain and liver. Drink large amounts of alcohol can result in poisoning and death.

Tobacco: Contains nicotine and other substances like tar, ammonia and arsenic. When a person smokes, the nicotine increases he's heart rate and they have a reduced oxygen in their body

Drugs: Like cocaine, heroin and anphetamines are chemical substances. he blood transport them all over the body and they attack the brain. Addicts usually are unable to study or work. At first drugs make the addict feel good but then they need the drugs to feel normal

Mobile phone overuse: Spending many time in technological devices can result in isolation and dependency. People become obssesed with playing games... This stops physical activity

When we are born our family and friends teach us what means be a boy or a girl. All the people have differents cultural expectatives depending on the sex. The society treat boys and girls a different ways. This is called gender stereotypes. This influence us in many ways.

There is a lot of discriminatio against people that behave a different way to what we expect. They can become socially isolated. As part of the society we have to say no to intolerant behaviour. Everbody deserves our respect
