We may vary the terms and conditions, and the nature, structure and amount of your charges; if they do change, we’ll let you know. However if you're on a fixed rate energy plan your usage and supply charges will not change for the duration of the energy plan period.
If your energy plan has a fixed timeframe, we’ll write to you before it is due to end. If you don’t agree to a new energy plan, your supply will continue. Alternatively, we may extend your current energy plan or set you up with a new one, unless you tell us not to. We’ll contact you with offers on other Origin products from time to time, even after our agreement ends. You can opt out online or by calling us..
