A Cardiovascular Disease or CVD is a group of diseases which directly effects the heart our blood Vessels.
Some of the dieseases and medical conditions are cardiac arrest, Stroke, Congenital heart disease. and etc

Cardiovascular Health is the level of which the healthiness of you heart and blood vessels are. You heart should be able to pump a satisfactory amount of blood to provide you body with oxygen and nutrients.
Having A good a Cardovasicvular health is a necessity to keep a healthy heart, on the contrary if you a bad cardiovascular health you are prone to contract the following diseases.
How is at risk for Cardiovascular disease
Race
Black people are more likely to have CVD than white people. Other races are more likery to have CVD than white people like Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Research sugessts that it is something the genes that makes that at risks
Gender
Males and Females are both at risk for CVD but males are more likely to have a CVD than females. Males tend to get CVD at a CVD at a younger age and have a higher risk of coronary heart disease than women. Women, in contrast, are at a higher risk of stroke, which often occurs at older age.

Family health history is a important part to know if some is at risk for CVD. If some one in your family has diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and CVDs can increase your risk of a CVD as it can be passed down. Type 2 diabetes run downs the family.

All adults over 65 years old are more likey to have CVD than yonger people. This is becuase of agiing as it causes changes in the gene like insertion substitution and mutation.

Heart-pumping aerobic exercise are the best form of exerise to boost your cardiovascular health as it improves circulation, which results in lowered blood pressure and heart rate. Research says that a simple 30min brisk walk every day can help boost your cardiovascular health. Swimming is another exercise that quickly boosts cardiovascular health. It trains the body to use oxygen more efficiently and strengthens the heart by helping it to become larger; making it more efficient in pumping. This leads to better blood flow throughout your body.

Takeaway foods, cakes, biscuits and soft drinks are examples of foods usually high in saturated fat, added salt or added sugars. These types of food increase your risk of cardiovascular disease by 18%. Saturated fat which are in many of the food can cause cholesterol to build up in the arteries which increases you chance of having isk of heart disease and stroke. By eating less of this kinds of food can slightly boost your cardiovascular disease

When going on diet the main objective is to reduce the intake of saturated fats, foods high in sodium and food with added sugars.
Similar to physical fitness for healthy eating and being on a diet to be effect the individual must be consistent and discipline when being on a diet.

Depending on for how long the activites are done to boost your CVD health the longer then affects last. If the activities are done for a long duration of time the affects will be longer lasting compared to if the activities were done for only 5 months
