Basketball - Coggle Diagram

- - - - You can not stay for more than 3 continued seconds in your rivals deffensive zone. An you must throw in before 5 seconds.
- - - - You should do it with your head upright, to have visual control of the field; the arm is responsible of the height of the bounce and the wrist controls the directon of the bounce.
    - - The shot must be taken from a semi-flexed position facing the hoop; the movement should be coordinated between the legs and the upper body and the right hand should be below the ball and the left on the left side of the ball
    - - They should be fast, strong and accurate; and you should make it with both feet on the ground, the last touch should be with the fingers and you always have to look before you pass.
    - - The ball moves withou bouncing; in both hands, and depending from the side you enter to the basket the sequence of movements should be like this: step with the foot of the side we are entering, step with the other foot and finally shoot with the hand from the side we are entering
  - - - You should mark with your head upright so you always have visual control and your trunk and legs follow the attackers movements.
    - - You should interpose between the shooter or his teammastes and the basket to catche the ball; you should jump or time and if you catch it you should protect it and find a good way out
