Besides having medical treatment such as medications to manage her Parkinson's Disease, the nurse will explores other therapies that could help manage Ms. June's PD symptoms and overall quality of life.

I don't think so. Just been taking what the doctor prescribed me.
What are some symptoms you experiencing, that you find difficult to manage?
The stiffness in my joints and pain associated with it. Sometimes it's difficult to manage it even with taking the medications.
What medication are you taking for your Parkinson's?
I am taking Levodopa.

Have you follow-up with your family doctor lately about your symptoms management?
Yeah its very hard for me to recall the last time, my family doctor has a very busy schedule. So I haven't had the chance to book an appointment
Yes, its important to have follow-up appointments with your family doctor so they know how things are going with your medication. Also they could maybe try to suggest alternative things for you that may help manage your symptoms.
Yes I will make sure to do that and give an update on how I'm doing
