Chris is a 68 year old man living with his wife. He is ambulatory with his wheeled walker and is noted with a decrease in motivation & energy level. He spends most of his days watching TV in his recliner.

Things could be better, I guess. This Parkinson's is really frustrating me. The tremors and the stiffness, I'm just tired of it.
I am sorry to hear that, Chris. What kinds of things are you currently doing to manage your PD symptoms?
Well I've been taking my medications but other than that I don't do much else. What else even is there for me to do?

In addition to taking your medications, I often recommend daily exercise as an intervention. Going out for a daily walk or incorporating stretching into your daily routine can have so many benefits!
