        Capturing and Sharing experiences, improvement areas and suggestions with SFCoE Teams
        
        Educating SFDC Community on processes, communications channels, platform capabilities, etc. (mainly App Owners & Users)
        
        Facilitate communication channels to provide a smooth and positive experience when contacting SF CoE Team
        
        Defining and Coordinating SFDC communication initiatives such as “SF Community Talks”, Surveys, etc.

        Schedule period review calls with CDP Team
        
        Define and help to maximize communication initiatives such as “Road shows”, “Hackathons?”, Monthly/Quarter Citizen
        
        Identify new app requests that fits to Citizen Development and redirect them to Citizen Dev. Team

        Helping to define and clarify dept. Roles, Governance Processes, Procedures, etc.
        
        Refine communication lines inside and outside the Team
        
        Act as knowledge facilitator to internal and external teams
