erotomanic- where you believe people are in love with you
nihilistic- where you believe something extremely bad will happen at any point
referential- when you see random objects/ signs in everyday life and believe they relate to you
grandiose- where you believe you hold powers
persecutory- where you believe someone is out to get you
delusions are fixed beliefs that are not amenable to change in light of conflicting evidence

positive and negative symptoms
negative- when a normal behaviour is missing/ lacking
positive- in addition to 'normal behaviours'
hallucinations
the most common with schizophrenia are auditory
perception like experiences that occur without an external stimulus
speech
derailment- when you are speaking and your topics are unrelated
loose associations- when you are speaking and the topics you discuss are loosely related
thoughts
thought insertion- when you believe someone has placed 'alien' thoughts into your head
