The money invested for the production of electric car could be used in better way: such as the construction of mass transit facilities and changing building practices to increase density by allowing walkability options
NO ZERO EMISSION (How do electric cars pollute our enviroment?)
We need a rapid solution for climate change and electric car are not one of them. on average produce more than eight tonnes of CO2 in their production and emit a further two tonnes per year in the production of the necessary energy.
UPDATING ALL THE VEICHELS IS IMPOSSIBLE (Why?)
It is estimated that there are more than 1.5 billion vehicles in operation in the world today, and this number doubles every 20 years. In many countries it is therefore economically unsustainable to replace all cars with electric vehicles.
POSITIVE ASPECTS
LOWER EMISSION (Can they help to limit global warming?)
Although electric cars are not zero-emission, they still have a smaller impact than petrol cars and could therefore be useful, together with other systems, to reduce global warming.
REDUCE NOICE POLLUTION (How?)
Investing in e-mobility also means reducing noise pollution that can be related to health problems such as anxiety, insomnia and hypertension.
SAVING MONEY (How can we save money buying an electric car?)
Electric cars can be very expensive, however they can be a way to save money. As a matter of fact, recharging a battery is usually cheaper than filling it up, plus the road tax is much cheaper and maintenance costs are lower.
