        In the management of the company, the means that, according to the particularity of the work, experience and technique, are necessary to safeguard the physical integrity and moral personality of those who perform their work.
  - - - Entrepreneur: is the person who has the ability to organize a work team to complement his own knowledge and skills to carry out a project; he is an executive willing to take calculated risks in the personal and financial order, and has the necessary drive to transform a problem into an opportunity.
      - There is also the entrepreneurial or intra-entrepreneurial manager, who is the person who, within a company created by others and with an established organizational structure, applies experiences learned in other organizations or implements innovative ideas useful for projecting small or family businesses to other geographical, national and international horizons.
      - You must have an Entrepreneurial Initiative:
        
        The study of entrepreneurship focuses on what leads to the creation of a company, "starting with the spark that triggers the entrepreneur's action and his or her success in carrying it out". It is about knowing how and why the entrepreneurial activity is born or learned, what motivates the entrepreneur and how he takes his first steps, how he overcomes or avoids the stumbling blocks he encounters on the road to success or failure.
- - - - Any sign that is capable of distinguishing goods or services in the marketplace, and a slogan is the word, phrase or legend used as a complement to a trademark.
    - - Figurative: composed solely of a figure or a visual sign characterized by its particular configuration or shape.
        
        Nominative: those composed of one or more letters, digits, numbers, words, phrases or combinations of them and which constitute a legible and pronounceable whole.

        Within this context, the holder of the registered trademark has the right to use it, to license it so that third parties may use it, for valuable consideration or free of charge, has the right to oppose unauthorized third parties to use it, may dispose of it, partially or totally assigning it, dispose of it mortis causa, or expressly renounce it.
  - - - Trade Name: A trade name is understood to be the sign or denomination that serves to identify a natural or legal person in the exercise of its activity of identical or similar activities.
