- - - - Humans are social creatures, but this has been damaged by capitalism, instilling a false consciousness of bourgeoisie values.
      - The existing liberal bourgeois state is a tool of the dominant capitalist class. Existing governments need to be destroyed and replaced by a socialist state and dictatorship of the proletariat.
      - Society is defined by class interests and conflict. Society should be and will end on classless communism

      - Government power should be decentralised (Devolution). Encouraging more political interaction
      - Socialists must work with the middle classes, not oppose them. They can be part of bring about a more equal society
      - A neo-liberal economy to provide for welfare programmes. Privatisation, incentives to work, a tax system that allows aspiration but will fund public spending
