Food security- According to FAO, all people have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious foods at all times to meet needs for health

yes- community fridges, food waste apps, commercial food rescue initiatives (help on individual level)
no- can cover up wider issues that led to their need e.g. sustainable food supplies, growing practices, food beliefs/ cultures (not on wider level)
cost of living crisis advice by gov is personal and how to help yourself (downstream) as oppose to upstream ownership
politics of food waste- gov putting ownership on individual due to economics
