Levels
To get a level 1-2: The student was not able to complete the skill as he did not completely remember how it works.He did not apply enough effort and did not follow the steps.
To get a 3-4: The student was able to understand how to do the skill but did not preform according to the way the coach had shown.The student displayed enough effort but was not following the steps correctly.
To get a level 5-6: The student was able to complete the skills successfully, but was not able to transition to the next skill on time and did not Finnish within the time given.
To get a Level 7-8: The student was able to follow the instructions as he did the routine within the time given.The student was also able to do it in order and remembered what to do.
In order to master this skill you will need to be able to get height. This also includes speed because if you don't catch your feet in time you can get injured.
Technical Points:
First get low.
Then bring your hands behind you.
After that using all your momentum swing you hands up and jump.
Then in the air catch you feet just between your knees and ankles.
Finally let go of you feet before you land on the ground.
The starting position for this skill is on your knees.
First lean your hands on the mat.
Then rest your head on the mat.
Then using all your momentum begin to lift your body.
After that your body should be over your head.
Then land on you feet softly.

To master this skill students will need to be able to balance all their body weight on their back.They will need a lot of momentum.This includes a lot of practice.
first sit in pike position.
Then roll backwards.
Then catch your back just above your hips.
Stay in the same position for some time before transitioning to the next skill.
First bring your hands just behind your hips.
Then swing them up into the air.
At the same time jump.
Keep lifting your hands until they meet ate the top in the shape of a pencil.
Land on your feet.
This balance will be easy for most of the students as the student will not have to move that much. The only difficult part is maintaining the shape for a long time.
First spread your hands in the shape of an plane.
Next lift your weaker foot.
Then keep your whole body strait and maintain for some time.
To preform this skill the student will need to use a lot of momentum as this skill is very challenging. This can include height as the you will need enough time to land on the opposite way.
First get low ready to jump of the ground.
Then using momentum of the ground using your hands and feet.
While your in the air spin.
land on your feet facing the other way.
To preform this skill students will need pointy tows and strait feet.You will need to very careful as this skill will need a lot of practice.
First lye down with your feet straight and your hand in the shape of a pencil.
Next slowly roll your body across the mat.
Lastly stop once you reach the end of the mat in a place where you can transition to the next skill.
Level 7-8
Preforming this skill will be very difficult as it will be very challenging to keep your feet still. I think this because when it is preformed you will need to keep your feet street, and at the same time your rolling on your back.
First sit in a stradel position with your hands holding you leg jest above the knees.
Next use momentum to lift your first foot.
Then keep rolling until you are on the same position but facing another direction.
do it several other times until you pass your starting direction.
