An Inspector Calls
Gerald Croft :moneybag:
After goole leaves, he STILL tries to clear everybody's blame
Extremely intimidated by the inspector; he tries to lie and is outwardly nervous, however nobody believes what he says
Says "What?" in a very confused, almost in denial tone when he finds out about 'Daisy Renton'
-
"I hope I can make you as happy as you deserve to be." - to Sheila. Could either be simple flirtation but also implies that Gerald is putting her in her place, trying to empower her and dictate how she should be happy.
Described eva as "fresh", implying that women have some kind of expiry date when they become 'ugly'

-
Sheila Birling :<3:
Sympathises with Eva, understands the Inspector
-
Even at the end, afer goole leaves, sheila is still the only one who respects him
In act two she shifts from being bright and charismatic to very demanding, mocking and sarcatic. rebells against Gerald

Edna :knife_fork_plate:
She is likely there because of Mr. Birlings impression obsession, but she is the only maid which expresses he can't get any more.
She also makes it appear as Mrs Birling can't cook, even though she is upeer class and shouldn't be expected to make her own food.
