CONSENT FROM PARENTS!!!
Student must be referred to the appropriate professional for testing/evaluation/diagnosis
Use any evaluation/ diagnostic tests that the school has availible
Parents may want to take care of the diagnosis/evaluation by their own professional
Provide professional with cumulative file and all information related to the student.
Contact Special Education Department at the school - Ask for details of professionals and recommendations

The diagnosis/test results
Available resources of the school
The Laws and Regulations of the Country
Input from professionals, co-teachers and Parents
Professional completes diagnosis/tests - delivers results and details of the learning disability, or related problem
Determine if Student is eligible for special accommodations or independent learning program.
Meeting with parents to discuss the way forward. Get Parents consent to establish a special learning plan

Academic Performance: They consistently struggle to get acceptable grades. Or where they struggle in one specific department such as reading, or writing etc.
Behavior and Attention: Students struggle to behave appropriately, or struggle to pay attention in class. Always distracted.
Memory and Retention: Students struggle to recall lessons, information or memories. They are unable to retain new information and keep forgetting even simple ideas.
Language and Communication: Students struggle to convey their emotions and feelings. They struggle to communicate their feelings. Results in anger and acting up.
Motor Skills - Students struggle with basic balance, co-ordination and completing basic everyday activities.
Senses: Students might struggle with eyesight, hearing or the feelings of touch.
Emotional/Social Functioning - Difficulty in making friends, sharing, expressing their emotions.
