Commissioned Photographers to apply for Goodwood
Accreditation
- include commission letter from Partner
Goodwood requires photographers who are working trackside to provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance for a minimum value of £5,000,000
Confirmation of accreditation to be sent directly from Goodwood PR team
Two weeks prior to the event, Goodwood PR team to share joining instructions, including ticketing with Partner
On event film crew to access Media Centre and 'Sign-on'

Photographers working trackside (beyond the MSA safety line) must wear a tabard at all times.
Due to regulations, only a certain number of tabards will be available throughout the event, and these are tightly controlled to ensure as many people as possible have access to them.
Specific tabard request to be escalated via Partnership Manager
General rule, 2x tabards per Partner for either AM or PM sessions.
Goodwood PR team to share access map to show where tabards allow access.
