Baptism
Rite of sprinkling or immersing someone in holy water, symbolizing purification or regeneration and admission to the Christian Church. Baptism is often performed on young children and is accompanied by name/saint giving.
Confirmation
The sealing of the covenant created in baptism. Those being confirmed are known as confirmands. For adults, it is an affirmation of belief.
Eucharist/Communion
Christian service, ceremony, or sacrament commemorating the Last Supper, in which bread and wine are consecrated and consumed.
Reconciliation
Reconciliation is by the will of God and his forgiveness of the sins of all the people who would ever believe. Reconciliation happens by the obedience of faith. Also known as confession or Penance

Holy Orders/Ordination
The sacrament by which bishops, priests and deacons are ordained and receive the power and grace to perform their sacred duties.
