How much should you drink in a day?
What is considered a day?
Exactly 24 hours
A day's time where it is accurately 24 hours, such as 8 am on Tuesday and 8 am on Wednesday.
Wake up - night time
A day's time where it starts from the wake-up time and end it when it it is at night time
A little over 24 hours
A day's time where it starts and end over the real time of 24 hours. For example, starting at 8am on Monday and ending it on 10am on Tuesday.
Type of water
Tap Water
Water that is collected straight from the tap with no filter and any method of removing possible germs and bacteria.
Bottled Water
Water that is brought from supermarket in a pack or individual that is in a plastic bottle that is filtered and clean.
Sparkling Water
Water that is infused with carbon dioxide gas under pressure to create the effect of sparkling in the water which is mostly brought from supermarkets.
Mineral Water
Water that contains minerals that is beneficial to the human body from contain large quantities of dissolved minerals or gases.

Staying hydrated the whole day while being healthy
Keeping body at normal temperature
Lubricate and cushion joints, protect spinal cords and other sensitive tissues
Negatives of not drinking water

Overeating due to lack of water and liquid in body

Increased thirst, dry mouth, light-headedness, dry skin, and low urine input
What can be measured?
Temperature
Drinking enough water helps the human body keep it at a normal temperature, so measuring this will help see if the body temperature improved or not.
Heart rate and blood pressure
Water helps improve heart rates and blood pressure so measuring these components would be good evidence and result to see the effects of water
How much is much?
An amount that is beneficial to the body and keeping hydrated through out the day without being overhydrated
