Inclusion policy
Ensure that all staff have access to training and CPD. Inclusive education means all children in the same classrooms, in the same schools. It means real learning opportunities for groups who have traditionally been excluded – not only children with disabilities, but speakers of minority languages too.
Practioner
Awareness by others children of all children and how some may need more support than others due to SEND,EAL or other reasons. Putting these extra support in place but not taking of of class and excluding them.

Admissions policy
Practitoners
Need to make sure they are aware of the policy and that they are following the admission policy when there is a new enrolment of a child in the setting. As well as the fact that they need to make sure they tell their manager if it needs updating or if their is any discrimination in or towards the policy.
Managers
The managers need to make sure that the policy is up to date and that all members of staff have reviewed it however they also need to be aware of changes that may need to be made to it.
Anti-bullying policy
Managers
Ensure that staff have understanding of policy and procedure to implement when needed. Offer support for staff with decision making and offer support for students who are being bullied. Discuss consequences for individual who is showing bullying behaviours.
Practitioners
Have a role to support students welfare, work in partnership with staff to make and discuss decisions in regards to implementing policy

Managers
no discrimination towards behaviour with in a child, having a no exclusion policy within a placement as a whole.
Practitioner
Putting support strategies that help and support individual children so they have safe spaces to they can take themselves to or be taken to and those strategies are talking about with through out the practitioner.

Need to make sure that any person who is not a member of staff who comes into the classroom has been signed in and ID and if it is an unexpected member of the public that comes that they contact the manger and do not let them in
