As well as the fact that they need to make sure they tell their manager if it needs updating or if their is any discrimination in or towards the policy.
    - - The managers need to make sure that the policy is up to date and that all members of staff have reviewed it however they also need to be aware of changes that may need to be made to it.
  - - - Ensure that staff have understanding of policy and procedure to implement when needed. Offer support for staff with decision making and offer support for students who are being bullied. Discuss consequences for individual who is showing bullying behaviours.

- - - - Managers need to make sur ht anything that is reported is taken seriously and that they need to be referred to right people
    - - Need to make sure that anything that they have been told that is a safeguarding concern is reported and that they are truthful when they are reporting,they also may need to be aware to tell their safeguarding lead if it is necessary and not hare private information with other members of staff
