Independent enquiry - This is a quality that will support sophie with her learning and also her career development as life has various challenges.
Creative Learning - Sophie has the ability to think outside of the box and come up with novel ideas and ways of looking at things is a real strength of her
Reflective Learning - Sophie likes to reflect on feedback from other people and use the whole learning process to take her where she would like to go in the future.
Explorer/focused - Sophie Perefrs concentrates on the task in front of her. she accepts the value of creating thinking
Starter finisher - sophie prefers to finish things rather than get caught up in a new course or task that might distract her

weaknesses- they prefer to work on their own. which could become a issue if needed to work with others
opportunities- they can study and work well, which will bring them different opportunities in the future
threats- may get distracted easy, which can cause them problems with focusing and getting work done
Casey- Designer
Skills
Strengths- Casey is creative and motivated, she likes to design things and help people create healthier ways to build their homes
Weaknesses- She is easily distracted and tends to distract others but she can stay quite when needed
Opportunities- She is good at talking in large groups to share her ideas which can be great for the future if needed
Threats- Easily distracted and can be taken away from work and start doing something completely different
Logo
Strengths: More importantly, they clearly communicate a brand’s personality and identity
Weaknesses: Become unrecognizable. Its main features are not clearly visible in small sizes. There are too many details in the complex design and many of them are lost in reduced sizes
Opportunities: the logo will be memorable
Threats: When you redesign your logo, you will lose some of the brand images associated with the old logo. Even if your new logo is similar to your old logo, the changes will undoubtedly impact your current brand image.
