However, it is more likely that intercultural communication models will help managers and lead to more successful outcomes for international managers.

The bigger the company and the bigger the diversity, the more harder it will become for managers to manage the business without conflicts

Leads to stereotyping

The cultural models only shows an average result. Everybody does not act the same. Managers might feel irritated if he acted based on the models, but got different results.
